DX, Contesting and more …

A couple of days before WPX RTTY I returned back from my holiday in Germany. Wanted to play a bit in this one, even I had QRL on Sunday. The winds were pretty high on Friday, I tried to install my extended fiberglas pole but it crashed several times while pushing it up. The last crash was just one time to much and it broke. I had to come up with a different plan if I wanted to have a decent antenna. Then I drove home and brought my 40m GP, I could install it even with less height support from the crashed pole and SWR was just fine on 40m. I choosed single band 40m tribander wires as my category.
Rates were okay, and even DX came in during the evening and night when I was operating. I had to work on Sunday so I was only 19 hours in total on air. Had fun to hand out the NU4 prefix.
No I have to think how I want to have my future setup and if I need another fiberglas pole or just use the rest I have now which is still about 45ft

Claimed score WPX RTTY 2020
40m GP with guy wires
